Millions of people from around the world has accepted Modi as a global leader. It includes people from Pakistan. Modi becoming the prime minister for third consecutive term will not amaze anyone. But all that glitters in the words of Modi are not exactly the gold .  I think it is fair to measure the governance based on how the government treated you in the last five years. How police, revenue or transport department officials treated you.
